In my experience, home movers are usually either stressed or desperate, or anxious or pregnant, or stressed ... Or desperate.... Or anxious ( !!) ...So updating them once a week - even if nothing has happened in their matter, helps them. And the technology can be set to send out text and email alerts at the end of every week, so it is no additional burden for the conveyancer.
Continuing a trend from 2014, around 70% of home movers wanted to be kept updated at least once a week but perhaps the surprising part is that they still want an update even if there is nothing new to report.
